I found an interesting breakdown that shows you which neighborhoods in Clarksville are the most expensive compared to the rest. Check out this list and see how ritzy your part of town is (or not).

This list comes courtesy of Neighborhood Scout. They crunch a bunch of fancy math numbers based on per capita income, real estate values, cost of living, etc. The fact that I don’t understand any of that is probably why I don’t live in any of the top neighborhoods. Anyway, here’s their list.

1. Kirkwood/Hampton Station
2. Port Royal
3. Sango
4. Dunbar Cave Road/Old Russellville Pike
5. Memorial Drive/Madison Street

Here are some observations from my admittedly somewhat uneducated mind. First of all, our radio station is located in the #4 area. That means we haven’t killed property values – yet.

I don’t live in any of the top 5 neighborhoods. Mine is – ahem – well outside of that near 10 or 11 or maybe lower. That means in a world of Kardashians, I am definitely more Jed Clampett. If I ever get one of those cement ponds, I will remember to invite you over.
