Fort Campbell will be introducing a new program set to help female soldiers. Women Elevated will celebrate the opening of a facility in Clarksville on Jan 12.

The Army veteran who started Women Elevated, Tangi Smith, says they’ll be offering services to help the Military women of the community. Services like laundry facilities, temporary housing, hot meal, even classes in resume-building and credit-score building, and job placement.

The goal behind Smith’s non-profit organization is to prevent crisis situations like homelessness and job loss for our service women.
